DELIVERY
Orders are usually shipped within 5 working days.

All our items are custom made to order. Please allow 2–5 working days for processing, printing and dispatch.
However, please note that during holidays, sales periods and bank holidays, this may take longer.

RETURNS
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT WE ARE A SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS, SO WE CANNOT OFFER FREE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES (unless you received a wrong or faulty item).

Our products are custom made to your order, and many are limited series. This makes them unique, but also difficult for us to resell. For that reason, we kindly ask our customers to make sure they like the item and pick the right size before placing an order.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the return to us.
We are unable to take responsibility if your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping and obtaining proof of postage when returning items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. All returned items must be:
• In the original packaging with the label/tag attached
• Unworn, unwashed, and unmarked
• Free of perfume, make-up, and smoke smells
• Free from pet/animal hair

All items are inspected upon return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, don’t hesitate to contact us.
